Furthermore, our service department has the capability to check, test, and start-up the equipment we set. In many cases, our team doesn’t require factory start-up personnel to come to the jobsite because as you know this never happens on schedule.

What is tenant improvement?
Tenant improvements are exactly what it says, an upgrade made to leased property by the tenant. These improvements can include: full demo and rebuild, cosmetic, functionality, large system upgrades, etc. Furthermore, a tenant improvement allowance is a sum of money that will help subsidize the expense, paid for by the building owner.
What is tenant improvement allowance?
The allowance money compensates the added value the improvement is bringing to the property, as such, the allowance is typically stipulated to only be spent on fixed items that will remain with the building regardless of the tenant. HVAC upgrades can usually be paid for with the tenant improvement allowance as the equipment and accessories stay with the building.
How to quote HVAC remodel?
Remodel work is among the most challenging to accurately quote. Typically the building drawings are old, not updated with changes, and do not reflect actual duct, equipment locations. United Team Mechanical prefers to walk the potential remodel project, surveying the project before attaching a price. This not only protects us, but it provides a more reliable price for our customers.
